The project starts with one question: can a small group walk 100 km in 24 hours along the Montenegro coastline in a way that is practical, safe, and not overproduced?
The route is not chosen yet. The next work is route research, distance checks, and a realistic support plan.
The first working route is on the map: Herceg Novi to Petrovac, without the ferry, with the full loop around the Bay of Kotor and Tivat.
The draft is 103.8 km with about 1,114 m of climb. Most of it is paved, so the next check is not only distance, but safety: sidewalks, road shoulders, tunnels, night sections, and support car meeting points.
